The RayAI website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and understand how visitors use its pages. When the analytics script runs, it sends usage information to Google, which processes it to provide analytics reports. This information can include pages visited, interactions, referring websites, browser and device details, approximate location, and cookie identifiers.
Analytics can run when you visit a page, before you submit an inquiry. Consent to process an inquiry is separate from analytics collection. The inquiry form sends its contents through RayAI's inquiry gateway for processing by HubSpot; the site's analytics code does not intentionally send your name, email address, or message as analytics event fields.
Google Analytics uses cookies when permitted by your browser. You can manage cookies in your browser and, on supported browsers, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on to prevent collection by Google Analytics. This does not prevent necessary hosting or inquiry-processing activity. See Google's explanation of Analytics data handling and Google's Privacy Policy for more information.
The course preview uses browser storage to remember your selected learning path, completed sections, and last course page. Its progress feature does not send those records or your written practice responses to RayAI. Written responses are not saved. You can clear course progress using the reset control in the course or by clearing this site's browser storage. Website analytics may still record visits to course pages as described above.
RayAI uses inquiry information to respond to inquiries, route messages internally, protect the form from spam and abuse, maintain business records, and send occasional RayAI updates only if the visitor consents.
Consent to receive RayAI updates is optional. Visitors who opt in can opt out later by following the unsubscribe or opt-out direction in those messages or by contacting RayAI.
The RayAI website uses form protection measures such as hidden fields, timing signals, and server-side validation to reduce automated spam and protect the inquiry channel.
RayAI may use service providers such as hosting, form processing, CRM, and email tools to operate the site and respond to inquiries. RayAI does not publish private tokens, secrets, or internal implementation details through the site.
General inquiry submissions through the RayAI website do not automatically add a person to the MemoRay waitlist. MemoRay product access and product-specific privacy details live at www.memoray.ai. MemoRay may have separate product-specific policies and terms.
RayAI retains inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage business records, and protect the site unless deletion is requested or a longer period is required.
Visitors may contact RayAI to request correction or deletion of inquiry information where applicable. Visitors who opted in to updates may unsubscribe or opt out later.
